Gingerbread Lane is back at the Hyatt Hotel in Downtown Vancouver. There are tons of amazing gingerbread creations, from professional pastry chefs to students from secondary schools. You can vote for your favourite display between November 28 to December 27th. I went to take a look last year, and it was surprising how extravagent and detailed some of the gingerbread creations were. I highly recommend taking a stroll through Gingerbread Lane!
