Before, they only offered 5 free no maximum listings, then changed it to 100 free listings if it's $0.99 or under. But for two weeks only, you can list your items for as much as you want and not have to pay the listing fees.
Yay, I've been waiting for a promo like this, because a lot of the stuff I want to sell but don't want to chance it going for only $0.99.
